A License to Learn
Judaism does not expect us to have all the answers but it does expect us to ask questions. We should never fear making mistakes but we should be careful to learn from them. Based on source material and personal anecdotes Rabbi Hammer will demonstrate that these are some of the refreshing ingredients for success in Jewish education.
The Dynamic Role of the Jewish Educator in a Dynamic World
The Jewish educator today assumes the role of teacher and is expected to become more of a parent as well. Why? What are the challenges that a teacher/parent experiences today in assuming and maintaining both these positions? What is the effect on the parental obligation?
